Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Toyify. It supplements our Terms. Breaking these rules can get your access blocked and content removed. Report problems to help@toyify.app.
1. Whose photo you may upload
- A photo of yourself; or
- A photo of another adult who has clearly and specifically agreed to you using it here.
You must not upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed to it.
2. Strictly prohibited
- Photos of minors (anyone under 18), in any context;
- Sexual, nude, or explicit imagery, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Photos of other people without consent, or of public figures / celebrities;
- Content that impersonates, defames, harasses, or threatens anyone;
- Content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity;
- Uploads that infringe someone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or to scrape or abuse the Service.
3. Enforcement
Uploads are screened by an automated safety filter before any image is generated, and unsafe uploads are rejected. We may also remove content, block access, and preserve and report material where the law requires — including reporting suspected CSAM to the relevant authorities. We cooperate with lawful requests.
4. Report abuse or request removal
If an image of you was created without your consent, if you believe content involves a minor, or if any content otherwise violates this policy, tell us immediately at help@toyify.app. Include the result link or ID if you have it. We prioritize reports involving minors and non-consensual imagery and will act quickly to remove and, where required, escalate them.
5. Intellectual property
For copyright complaints specifically, see our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
