We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@toyify.app.
1. Filing a notice
Your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- The specific URL, result link, or ID of the material you want removed;
- Your contact details (name, email, address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send it to help@toyify.app with the subject line “Copyright notice”.
2. What we do
On receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material. Because most results are transient and auto-delete, removal is usually quick.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to help@toyify.app including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Repeat infringers
We may block access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
5. A note on AI output
Toyify generates original, AI-created images from the photo you upload and does not reproduce third-party brands or characters. If you nonetheless believe an output infringes your rights, please tell us and we will review it.
