Refund Policy

Each purchase is a one-time payment for AI-generated digital content that is produced on demand and delivered immediately (there is no subscription). Because delivery is immediate and incurs real compute cost, purchases are generally final once the content has been delivered.

• A genuine technical failure prevented us from delivering your image;
• You were charged more than once for the same item, or charged in error;
• The law of your country gives you a refund right that applies despite immediate delivery.

In these cases, email help@toyify.app with your receipt and we will make it right, typically within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost only once (a) you have expressly requested immediate delivery and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose the withdrawal right. At checkout we ask you to confirm exactly this before payment. If you did not consent to immediate delivery, contact help@toyify.appwithin 14 days and we will honor your withdrawal right.

Results are produced by third-party AI and are provided for entertainment. They may not perfectly resemble you or may contain artifacts. Dissatisfaction with the artistic result alone is not, by itself, a technical failure — but we still want you happy, so reach out and we’ll try to help (for example, by regenerating).

Email help@toyify.app with your purchase details. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including UAE Consumer Protection Law where applicable.
